Hybrid Timber Housing 

The unique hybrid timber housing is designed to be located in the city of Packham, London. This building is basically an hybrid of residential and commercial. The commercial is represented as a market hall in the ground floor. The market hall is designed to act like a  farmers market, which could help to encourage more visitors from the city to visit the building.

The residential part consists of more than 25 flats of 2-bed and 3-bed flats which makes stand out compared to its contexts.

The redactional part also has a courtyard which could encourage the community to be more socially active. Additionally, the courtyard has circular glass cuts which let natural light passes to the market hall, it also helps to connect the different parts of the building together.
