The Future of Peckham

This urban development aim to re-design the city of Peckham to encourage the community to be more socially active. The development proposal is aiming to make  the city more child friendly and more playful. This development is divided into three parts: the sport center, residential buildings and the routes.

The sport center (Packham Youth Sport Academy) will be added in the cites city center to make more accessible to all residents. The residential development will consists of four main buildings that could increase in the future. Each building hosts a different unique activity, such as: bicycle park, skatepark, indoor courtyard and interactive park.

The routes act as a method to connect all the developments together. the routes aim to navigate children to the sport center, residential buildings and to their schools.
